Bushmaster Firearms International, LLC. I sent a complete upper to Bushmaster to have a front sight installed. Bushmaster received it on 4/20/11. Almost 4 months later, I cannot get Bushmaster to tell me when this will be finished. I hav Madison, North Carolina
On 4/20/11, Bushmaster Firearms received an AR .223 / 5.56 upper that I requested a front sight be installed on. Since this date, I have called over a dozen times asking for status on the repair. Each time, I am given a different excuse. Today, 8/16/11 I called and spoke with Elijah. No time frame is given when I will receive my upper back. On previous calls, I have asked to speak with a manager. They will not let me speak with a manager. I didn't want to file this report, however I have no choice as this repair should have been completed in a reasonable amount of time (4 to 6 weeks). I am going on four months on 8/20/11. I am highly dis satisfied with Bushmaster's turn around time and lack of concern of me receiving my upper back.
