Complaint Review: Business: 9143-3649 Quebec

Business: 9143-3649 Quebec Inc This company advertises on the Internet for the sale of various Apple I-Pods at reduced prices. I purchased two Nano 2 Gig I-pods and my credit card was charged 253.00 via Paypal on 12/6/06. I immediately received an electronic receipt of the transaction from Paypal, but did not receive any ackwowledgement or tracking information from the seller. After about a week I started trying to contact the seller via E-mail with out success.

I waited several more days and the merchandise never arrived so I then turned it over to PayPal and initiated a dispute and claim. I also turned it over to American Express after noting the sellers name and AKA's on the Rip Off Report.

To date there has still been no response from the seller although I have received a promotoional offer from an apparent affiliate; iPodsOnSale.net for a free trip to Mexico. I don't think I'll be going!!
