I have signed the contract this company almost year ago and paid them $ 25,000.00. In a 90 days they didn't find the suitable place for business. I asked them to return my money and it has been 10 months I am trying to get my money back. They promised me pay back a few times but nothing yet. Legal action has been taken against them but look like they don't care. Don't sign anything and don't pay them anything. They don't honor their contract and words.
