Complaint Review: Business Development Professionals

We represent the many employee's that were hired as independent contractors to work for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONALS! No only has this company not fufilled their obligations to their prior client's they have also not fufilled the contracts they had with several of their former workers.

We have endured multiple bounced pay checks which has damaged our credit with 18 local businesses that are now attempting to collect from this company. We have also suffered great hardship due to this companies refusal to pay us for services rendered.

Some have been forced to move due to non payment, some of us have suffered late fee's on personal obligations which has damaged our personal credit severely and some rely on medications for health issues such as hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis and heart disease and are now unable to afford their medication due to non-payment.

This company simply does not care. They will not take our calls and emails and voicemails continue to go unanswered, however we will not go away!! We are now forced to band together and DEMAND PAYMENT through the court system. They claim to have filed bankrupcy, however none of us have received notification of this pursuant to the law. Perhaps they have decided to purposely leave their debt to us off in hopes that all of us will simply go away. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. 

We are in a recession and we want our money, we want our names cleared with all of the business's that are stuck with our bounced payroll checks and we want this company held accountable for their horrific business actions.

When things get heated up this company simply changes business names, changes officers on their corporations and change products sold. They have gone from Business Credit, Loan Packaging, Grants to now Personal Credit Restoration thus making it very hard for victims to track them down.  

Before doing business with this company PLEASE do yourself a favor by going to www.sosnevada.com and do a business entity search, once their corporation is displayed follow up with a search by officers from that list  and you will be amazed at how many similar names pop up on different companies. Follow this up with a search by their registered agent, dig, dig, dig and stay away from this company.

One employee actually received a visit from Mychael Shaw, (owner) after requesting her final paycheck. He had the nerve to accuse her of stealing the companies leads and selling them to competitors in order to justify non payment for service rendered. Others simply received phone calls from Billy(goes by William)Bradford, Sales Manager, stating that it was believed that leads and credit card information had been stolen and until they had finished their internal investigation they would not be paying anyone. This has been ongoing since February 16th, 2010 and it is time to pay up.
