Business Group USA advertising charge is such a farce Internet
The cost of advertising, where they will 'bring 500 visitors' to your website, is such a crock. The visitors are 'tracked' on a per-site basis, and you can view how many showed up by day. Problem is, there is no accountability for the source of the visitors.
So the 500 visitors 'show up' on the counts, especially busy during the last 3 days of the 4 months period (imagine that!), and guess what. Zero sales. Not a single penny. Nada. Nothing.
I simply asked for my money back on that part. Not on the web setup or hosting or anything, just on the seemingly bogus advertising. No chance. They did offer, after 2 visits to BBB on the issue, to return 10%. I laughed. However, I am not laughing about this BOGUS sales deal, and recommend that you run from them as fast as possible when they offer you the 'advertising deal'.
Don't get me wrong, the websites they provide are not too bad. However, the big chunk of advertising that you put down is money wasted.

Even though the advertising campaign did not work in my case, it was recommended by this company that I pursue advertising from additional venues. I did that through the free advertising areas on the internet. This type of campaign must have been successful for some of their customers as they have been in business for several years. The quality department came to an agreement with me on a refund situation and I believe they have tried to make it right.
Please disregard comments, as they are my own opinion and one man's view of the situation. Your situation may be much more successful.
