Complaint Review: Business Loan Easy/Business Development Group

SBA Business Loan is a joke. They will not refund anything nor are you allowed to speak to a "manager". This is clearly not a real business. I am sad to say that this was already with my company before I even started and from the joke of a website you can clearly tell it is not a real business what so ever. This business has said that there is not other phone number or extention numbers or even an emil other than customerservice@businessloan.com or whatever that non sense is. They refuse to call back or give any information out about this "company" and would not give the address to the business. THe name of a manager, or even if theere was a supervisor or CEO or president. That is clearly a red flag across the board. They need to take down this photo of the BBB because clearly anyone can put it up there to make themselves seem like they are legitmate which is sad. 

To get a refund, which I know will not happen you have to email customer service which is ridiculous. I emailed on behalf of my company months ago and never heard anything back. I recently got in contact with this company and the only way to get a refund is through email that is clearly put into a trash bin and never even looked at which is sad. We hve been charged 299 a month for months and when requested to delete all informatioj on behalf of our account they refused. 

I spoke with multiple people there. Mainly three all receptionist that ask for the same information but when they want you to gibve out all your inforamtion and not have the decency to get you to a manager because you need to have "an appointment" SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM ALERTTTTTTTTT. No buinses would say that and when asked for any kind of information I learned there is a Lawernce as a receptionist who works for Buinsess Development Group and when I aksed for the website he said hold on let me get that for you. And the website is the crappy one I alreayd had with no inforamtion on it besides a phone number. So many red flags with this. These people need to get out of that place before they find themselves in a lawsuit by one of these customers one of these days if it has not already happened. AND as far as the product. It didnt even do anything. It was a green screen when it was fininshed downloading and that was it. Ridiculous, do us all a favor and shut down or get with a real company. 

For those of the people who already went down this road. I dont believe you will be getting your refund just keep moving on to a real place with a real name. All I got was a Terry that was a "manager" but even so she was soooooo busy that she couldnt answer the phone since she is suppose to be the General Manager and Billing. what a joke. The email that I sent to this "company" after I emailed had stated
