Bills from 3 companies suddenly appear on our Business phone statement.
EBIZZ Webhost, Advanced Business Services -Business MAX and Small Business Assoc. (Small Business MOFEE). None were authorized, No services provided and we are fighting to get our money back. Apparantly, the FCC forces the phone company to bill you on behalf of other Companies for services we did not engage or contract for. Phone Company (Embarq) can't credit you for the bills-you must go back to the Providers who bill through a billing service. INCREDIBLE!!! So we are out over $300 bucks because we did not not catch this until the second billing cycle.
