The company is collecting on "adult phone call" charges. They are using the name of our company in Pensacola, FL, but state they are actually collecting for a company located in Woodland Hills, CA. They will not give me the phone number or address of the "real" business so that I can request for a creditor name change. Our company - Network Telephone in Pensacola is a viable company and we have no part in these collection activities.
