Complaint Review: Business Office Systems & Solutions For Mapnad Viatel Cons

BOSS sent me letter with "final attempt to settle account" (but I never got anything before!). They requested for $14.55 plus interest $4.62 for Mapnad Viatel Cons. I call this collection agency. They are very rude, don't listen anything. They said this is long distance phone company provide me service in 2001 and I don't paid. They said this company has my social security number, my name and address. But I never heard about long distance phone company Mapnad Viatel Cons. Why they don't send me any bills before? Because they never provide me any service. This is fake.
