I received the 3rd letter from Business Office Systems & Solutions as follows:

I had written them the previous two times I had received this letter b/c I've never heard of Network Telephone Services nor had I done business with them.

Based on my readings of the FTC and State Attorney General Websites, this company is in violation of debt collection pratices and procedures.

I suggest everyone that have received a collection notice from this fradulent company submit a complaint on the FTC.gov site or follow this link....http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/credit/fdc.htm.

Also submit a complaint to your State Attorney General as well.
