Business Promotion (operating as BP, BP Dental, BP Dental Marketing, etc.) was contracted to create and manage a fairly simple plumbing company website. The contract covered design and service/marketing for 2 years, but we haven't even made it to the 1 year mark and the service has been abysmal. For a company who claims they are a "Complete Online Business Solution," all we have experienced is problem after problem, excuse after excuse.

To start, the company took far too long to put up the website, especially when they used a pre-made dental site design and a basic Wordpress theme. To add, when we started to complain, they announced that the site had been hacked... a funny coincidence, especially when they chose the passwords and have supposedly managed content, haha. Business Promotion preys on small businesses, selling them increased social media presence, traffic, and marketing, but a teenager with access to the internet could do more than they ever have.

So buyer beware... satisfaction is NOT guaranteed and apparently, neither is their service or their word. In the age of diminishing customer service, BP excels at being subpar and I caution anyone who tries to do business with them. Just so you don't think I'm just venting about a failed experience, BP has been contacted numerous times and still failed to honor their word, show improved work, or try to even work things out to keep us as a customer. They essentially took the money and ran... never to be seen or heard from (in any pertinent way) again.

Clarification #1: Business Promotion has actually been contracted for over a year with no real results... even worse than my memory.

Clarification #2: "To add, when we started to complain, they announced that the site had been hacked... a funny coincidence, especially when they chose the passwords and have supposedly managed content, haha." - In my haste, I conflated the work of two companies... my apologies. The site hack was announced by one, shoddy work was performed by the other.
