Complaint Review: Business Provisions

This call center is a real rip off. I sent them $4750 in December for 100 mortgage leads. So far as off March 15th they delivered 66 leads. 39 of them are absolutely HORRIBLE & non qualified. They do not even want to give me my money back. They even stopped delivering leads. They owe me over $3500.

They bullshit me constantly. They tells me that they will replace bad leads atthe end of my campaign. But they do not deliver leads and also it is impossible for them to do a quality control on the leads I returned. Imagine the following scenario. I returned a lead on January 12th and if my campaign finishes on June 12th that is 6 month after.

They pretend that they call the homeowner and asked if I called at the time indicated on the lead. Who could possibly remember that I called 6 th month ago? Homeowners talk to so many telemarketers everyday that they won't remember my name 6 months after. This call center is a real, huge rip off. Do not do busienss with them. They are the most dishonest people I have ever seen.

They deliver 2 leads per week. Those leads are bullshit. They owe me money. They do not want to return my money. They are very smart at cheating people. They have in fact over 100 clients. How can you possibly satisfy 100 mortgage brokers? IMPOSSIBLE.

They give youreferrals but those are the happy clients. People like me are atthe end of the line. I get 2 leads per week and they do not even qualify. Now they stopped delivering leads.
