Complaint Review: Business Telecom Solutions

I previoulsy worked for this AT&T solutions provider that is called NRS Solutions and Business Telecom Solutions. this company has no morals and has no standards, I would first like to say, I noticed to much fradulant activity there and that scared me out my mind.

This company allows it employess to tell the customers that we are contacting what ever they want to make a sale and that is just wrong. They allow the reps to make fake names as well. An employee in paticular names Alden Smith which Smith isnt his last name is Now Paul because of the various complaints by customers on a daily basis about his lying,etc.  There are many customers that have made complaints directly to At&T and i dont know how they are still in business buyer be ware they are truly fraudlent.
