Business Travelers should avoid WELLESLEY INN & AMERISUITES ..rude & uncaring

I put this off long enough. I tried to give the folks at Prime Hospitality (parent corp of Wellesley Inn & Amerisuites) the benefit of the doubt, and they fell flat on their faces everytime.

Like many other business travelers, I always looked for the best value in a hotel: price, service, cleanliness, convenience and airline miles. WELLESLEY INN hooked me into staying at their locations, promising low rates and lots of airline miles. After SEVEN MONTHS and countless stays, I've yet to receive one stinkin' airline mile.

No problem, or so I thought: I'll just call their corporate office and work this out.

OH MY GOD... these people can't find their heads or butts with both hands, much less my airline miles. AND to make matters worse, I've had to speak with the rudest... the most inconsiderate... the most inconsistent... the most confused... the most uncaring... the most "let me transfer your call" obsessed people... that I've ever spoken with in my life.

My advice to other business travelers: pass on WELLESLEY INNS and AMERISUITES. Even at a bargain price, you'd be better off paying a couple of dollars for another chain hotel where they really do what they advertise: airline miles for stays!!!
