Charges asserted by: Robert J Delzio
“Remove it or I will blog all day long about you...and my blogs will get noticed.” - Edward R Kundahl
The above is a threat made by Edward R Kundahl to a dissatisfied customer who dared to post a negative review of him on Yelp.com

“I live on the internet. I can make your life hell.” - Edward R Kundahl
The above is a threat made by Edward R Kundahl against me, Rob Delzio, when I informed
Edward R Kundahl that I would formally dispute payments made by me to him, and register a complaint of fraud and breach of contract against him with the Pennsylvania State Attorney
General’s Office, the local Better Business Bureau, and my credit card company.

I hired Edward R Kundahl to develop a merchant coupon website for me on January 17, 2013.
Edward R Kundahl promised a completion date by March 17, 2013, two months later.
Over eleven months have passed and the website is far from complete.
I have requested completion every two weeks for the past eleven months.
A detailed listing of incomplete items, the very same items stated in the original proposal, have been consistently emailed to Edward R Kundahl every two weeks.
My requests for completion have been met with the following statements repeatedly.
“The project will be done tomorrow.” “The project will be done next week.”
“You’ll be able to launch your site by Monday”
Two payments totaling $7,000 plus $25 per month over a seven month period have been
made. Grand total of payments is $7,175.
Prior to hiring Edward R Kundahl, I did an internet search which netted impressive reviews of
Edward R Kundahl. The BBB associated with his area of Pennsylvania rated Edward R Kundahl of IdeaOverTen at “A+”.
However, after eleven months it has become evident to me that, despite his continual promises to complete the website, Edward R Kundahl is either incapable or unwilling to complete the website project. The proposed and agreed upon project requirements have not changed. There have been no added features requested. This is simply a matter of Edward R Kundahl intentionally not providing the contracted services.
My repeated requests for a refund have been refused.
Clearly, this man is intent on defrauding me
It was during this eleventh month of procrastination that I had decided to do another internet search of Edward R Kundahl. This time, the search included the words "mcall".
I discovered that Edward R Kundahl had been charged and convicted of the following crimes:
Firearms transaction related fraud  Property insurance fraud
Home insurance fraud  Life insurance fraud
 Attempted murder
http://articles.mcall.com/1995-07-25/news/3052977_1_fire-wife-sentenced
This man set fire to his house while his estranged wife was asleep inside.
Edward R Kundahl served 10 years in federal prison.
I now take his threat seriously: “I live on the internet. I can make your life hell.”
I am concerned about my safety and my online security.
Still, I will not succumb to his intimidation. I am asking for your assistance in retrieving my expenditures as I am a victim of fraud and breach of contract.
I have only a non-functioning cryptic collection of web pages, to show for my expenditure. Edward R Kundahl was hired to develop a website with the following functions:
 Register merchants
Create and display merchant coupons on four distinct pages
Collect credit card payments from merchants, and
 Track website visitor activity
After eleven months, with a quoted completion time of two months, the website:
 Cannot fully register merchants
Cannot create and display merchant coupons on two of the four required pages
Cannot collect credit card payments from merchants, and
 Cannot track website activity
I have been forced to hire another website developer and begin anew the Harrison-Coupons.com project. This new developer has examined the current status of Harrison-Coupons.com. The website is no more than 20% complete.
I have also discovered that the coupon website design that I seek is offered as a basic template of the free website creation software WordPress http://www.wordpress.org which is the software being used by Edward R Kundahl. I learned my price quote should not have exceeded $2,000 nor exceeded a completion time of one month.
The new developer will begin the project anew with a price quote of $1,500 and a completion time of two weeks. I compare $1,500 to Edward R Kundahl’s inflated price of $10,440 and I am shocked and disgusted.
Stay far away from Edward R Kundahl of TheSeoDr.com, IdeaOverTen.com, edwardkundahl.soup.io, SmartestPhoneApps.com, BusinessCreatorPlus.com, EasyBuildSite.com, Easy-Build-Site.com, AllianceInternetMarketing.com, SecurePayNet.net, IOTDomains.com and HavenInternet.com
