I purchesed cards from Vista Print and Businessmax started taking $9.95 out of my bank every month and i don't know why.

When you signed up for the cards, you were given the option of getting some "additional" services. The addition was the $9.95/month being taken out. Get in touch with Vista's customer service and tell them you want to opt out of it. I've used Vista for years, with different accounts and never had a penny taken out that I did not authorize.
