I was offered 250 "free" business cards by Vista Print. I ordered the cards and paid with my credit card the mailing of the cards. I had been doing business with Vista Print for probably, 4 years without any kind of problem, even giving their name to other pastors and friends.

However, this time, Vista Print decided to charge my card $14.95 for a "membership" in some kind of "customer help club".

I called Businessmax at 1-888-840-6296 and was treated very rudely by a supposed "supervisor" called Lina Id# 226885. She wanted me to tell her my card number and I asked her how could they make a charge to it without knowing the number. She curtly asked for the number again and I told her that I would not give it to her. So, she said, "Fine, call your bank and try to get your money from them.

Then, I called Vista Print at 1-800-961-2075 and got a soft answer from them. I talked to a "Nashune" who said she was very sorry and ordered the cancellation of the "membership" and the refund of the amount charged.
