BusinessMax; VistaPrint ripoff did not authorize billing did not sign up for offer Internet

I've ordered business cards through VistaPrint a couple times and today I found an automatic billing on my bank account for $12.95 from BusinessMax. I did some investigating and found this rip-off website. I called BusinessMax and demanded a refund of my money and to cancel my so-called membership. They said that when I ordered my cards an offer for a rebate popped up and I agreed to it and that's why I'm being billed. I did not agree to any rebate program or offer. I spoke to Emmanual #19516 and he said my money would be refunded in 2 business days and my membership would be cancelled. We'll see if that happens.
