This company claims they are a "clearing house" between investors and business ventures needed funding. They have several options to subscribe to. I joined their membership at a $50 per month automatic debit to my credit card which allows me to post my business information to solicit potential investors. I joined on 6/12/2007 and placed my ad. On 6/13/2007, I went to make sure my ad appeared as desired, but it was not displayed anywhere. I contacted their memberservices dept by email (they do not show any physical address or phone numbers on their site), but received no reply.

That same day I contacted their billing dept, again, only an email address, and again, received no reply. I then sent a cancellation request, which there policy statement says is available anytime upon request, but again, no reply.

I've since emailed them seven times up to the present date, 6/26/2007, and only received two responses from someone named Mark Spencer, who's emails were canned generic responses that neither acknowledged or addressed my concerns, but instead simply noted they were aware I visited their site and proceeded to elaborate on how great a service they have!.There is an option on there website, in the customer profile section, that allows a member to cancel future automatic billing for membership.

When I uesed this option to cancel my membership, it did not work, so that my membership profile shows that I am still an active member subject to automatic monthly billing.

This is a total scam. Anyone contemplating using this company please be advised they do not provide what they claim they do, and excel only at taking your money.
