We contacted butlerpaches.com few months ago for our embroidery project.  After 2 months they realized and admitted that they were unable to complete our project because our embroidery specifications and quality standards. 


So they decided, Mr. Matthew Burns, to refund our money back.  We have contacted him to follow up when we should receive our refund and he does not reply.  



We have been working with Vicky Jones and since Vicky did not answer then Kendra and Matthew took over our project.  Then after that I have to contact Carlos Orozco  because Kendra, Vicky and Matthew did not responded to our messages.

We tried calling and their phone number hang up on us.



No pathes, no embroidery and no refund.
