Complaint Review: Butterball

While eating Butterball Turkey Breast Honey Roasted Deli Shaved Meat I bit into something very sharp which stuck to the roof of my mouth while I was driving. It turned out to be a bone-chip 1/2" long. I contacted the company Butterball and recived a response letter from Raymond Ross Consumer Response Rep. apologizing for the "unusual situation" Sorry but a coupon for $5.00 off my next purchase isn't an apology. Thankfully I didn't swallow this large bone chip or get into an accident trying to extract it from the roof of my mouth, be careful eating butterball Turkey meats.
