butterfly labs makes bitcoin miners. what not told to us is how hot these things run, that software dose not work to keep them working at temp that will not do them harm, we was never told the huge cut in what they way paying us for minning till we seen it, we never discloes real cost of elec and cooling to keep them working, we never told they was never ment to be used at a home but data centers but they target home uses, i spent 15k on unit and worthless in less then year and do to them cutting the amout we paid for mineing never seen any proffits, how hot these things get is unreal they get over 100c in room none this was discloes to us, nor how much miners u realy had to buy to make a proffit what i got is worthless takes more money to run it then i can ever make on it now i sent i dont know how many complants software was not right and they ran way to hot but they new this and never told me it how they work there is no proffit to be made in miners for home people, but we not told this and we should of been told, most miners i run have been shut down and now worthless in less then a year, needs to stop need help stop all them
