Just received my much awaited leather organizer bag - what a rip-off!!! This is not real leather but a leather look-alike and smells like something made from chemicals.
Workmanship is about the worst and cheapest I have ever in my 60 years of life seen anywhere! Wrinkled, uneven seams, edge of zippers missed and not even sown (which allows items to fall out of the side of the bag). Cheap nylon lining which, with any use at all, will disintegrate in no time!

Not only am I unhappy with all of the above, but there is no way you can fit two drink bottles in this bag even with the side zippers unzipped. Also, the credit card slots which are supposed to be accessible (and look like good leather on the TV and online ads) are not accessible from the side as shown in the ads, and are also made of cheap nylon - only accessible from the top!

I have a small cell phone and have trouble fitting it into the cellphone holder!

So, I called Customer Service and told Brandon how unhappy I am with the product I just received. He promised a $5 credit for shipping the bag back, and the purchase price refunded after they receive the bag. I must say, I had to do a lot of talking to get those concessions!

I told him I had planned to buy these bags for gifts for friends and family if I was happy with my purchase. I also asked him about the $10 upgrade bag to see if the quality was better since my bag looks nothing like the one advertised. Actually, I had hoped to be offered an upgrade and another bag free of charge but was not offered a resolution of this kind at all.

My recommendation to Brandon was to report the poor quality of the product shipped to customers to his supervisor so Buxton would know what their customers are receiving. He promised to do that, however, he also states that they're a call center for various companies and that all products are made in China. WELL, NO WONDER!!!
