Buy Buy Baby Unacceptable, frustrating and unreliable Internet

 I placed an order online and the order was fulfilled, I received a confirmation number via email, I also paid extra for expedited shipping. I called 1 day after the order was placed and was told I would be receiving my order in 2 days, also that I would be receiving a tracking number. When I did not receive the tracking number I called AGAIN. This was when I was informed that ALL of the items that I had purchased were back stocked.

After almost 2 hours on the phone with the Supervisor Jeannie I was told I would be getting my items overnighted by the next day. I received the tracking number and called the Buy Buy Baby 800 number the next morning and was told I would receive my items by that afternoon. I checked fedex with the tracking number I was provided and it said my shipment would not be received until 2 day later!!

I am currently on hold and trying to have my shipment fullfilled but obviously the main issue with this company is that they have no idea what is happening and give complete misinformation to the customer, because of this and also a general lack of customer service I will NEVER buy anything from them EVER again and I will inform anyone considering registering with them to go elsewhere, because they will take your money but not give you the items you purchase.
