I have been dealing with Ron's Smoke Shop for over 3 years; I never had a problem with them. Recently they merged with BuyCheapcigarettes.com. I placed an order on April 1, 2005 and have not received it yet. I attempted to telephone the company and only receive a busy signal. I have also sent them numerous e-mails. I have not received a response from them and will be filing a dispute with my bank today. I am very upset over this whole ordeal and just wanted to let everyone know not to order from these people.
