I ordered the Logitech G51 Gaming speaker system for 144.99. After 12 days and not having recieved it I filed a complaint with Buy.com customer support. After just over a week they responded telling me my claim was denied because the shipping company delivered it to my address. I don't even know who the shipping company was. They shipped it via something they call "Budget Shipping" which has no tracking info. I've request the name and number of the shipping company but I have not got any response back yet. Basically they told me I have to pay 144.99 for something I never got. Anyone happen to know who there budget shipping company is?

I finally found out they used FedEx Freight to ship my item which is trackable even though Buy.com told me it was "Budget Shipping" and tracking info wasn't available. I contacted FedEx, gave them all the info and in 5 min. they were able to tell me it was shipped back to were it came from due invalid shipping info on the package. It was recieved back at their wharehouse on Dec. 5th yet on Dec. 23rd they were telling me it was delivered and claim denied. DON'T BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
