Buy.com false advertisment non resposive cutomer service On-line Internet
I have purchased and item #202611624 (Fantom Drives Titanium 120GB USB 2.0).
The item was advertised on Buy.com with the REBATE of $20.00. I have submitted rebate in time (and it can be traced on OnRebate.com web site), but despite the fact, that rebate was submitted in August 2006, NO REBATE WAS ISSUED. OnRebate.com does not reply to the e-mails, nor do they answer phone.Buy.com is responsible for a false advertisement.
Despite 3 e-mail to Customer Support not resolution is forthcoming.
Calling buy.com Customer Support line is useless, after 62 minutes of holding, I was UNABLE to leave a message: the limit set for the message is shorter the time required to leave 1 phone number.
