Buy.com sells poor quality refurbished apple ipods. I ordered my ipod just before i left for 1 month vacation but did not take it since did not want to loose it. I did load my songs to it and verify that it was working before i left. When I returned, I went to charge it and it no longer functioned. It kept restarting and could not make it past the logo screen. In my opinion for only having worked less than 3 hours this was a rip off.
