Buy.com Sold me a dead notebook PC Interent

Bought a supossedly refurbished Lenovo notebook from buy.com. No warrantee or refund. Notebook never worked right off the bat. Buy.com won't reply to my emails. Lenovo won't help either because the warrantee period has expired. Wish I would have know this, and wish I would have checked this site before buying from buy.com. Won't happen again. Pay the extra $$ and buy from a legitimate company whom has a customer service dept. and some kind of return policy. Buy.com has neither. Avoid Buy.com like you would a rabid loin........
