Buy.com Terrible shipping Receieved 3 Broken Products from Buy.com Aliso Viejo California

I will keep this short and sweet. In the week of June 8-15 I ordered three products at seperate times from Buy.com, a router, a blue tooth and a 26'' LVD HDTV. I was happy witht the arrival time of the products but very displeased with how they arrived. On Monday of the next week I received a my bluetooth and it looked as if someone just tossed in in a cardboard box with minimal protection. There was no user manual and the device was severely scratched up. When I tried to use the product it would not connect to my Verizion phone **note this is suppose to be a universal bluetooth**. After looking more into it I realized that sprint makes the same bluetooth but only for Sprint. My bluetooth either had the hardware for a sprint bluetooth when it was suppose to be the universal version, it wasn't too big of a deal it happens. My router comes on Tuesday, and it comes HALF broken. When I tried to connect it would not allow me because 2 of the 4 ports of the router had no default gateway meaning it did not transmit any signal with the internet. I called and the manufacturer offered to replace it, I however desperately need it and don't need to wait two more weeks without internet; so I opted to keep it and send it later since it has a warranty if it ever does break. I also called Buy.com to inform that they have sent me two broken products in one week. The next order was a $600 TV this what just drove me nuts to write this article. I receive the TV and as soon as I turn it on none of the buttons work and they forgot the batteries for the remote when it clearly said it came with it so I couldnt configure it that way. Then after five minutes of the TV being on it just made a sizzling sound and just tuned off and wouldnt turn on. YES BUY.COM SENT ME 3 BROKEN PRODUCTS. BEWARE! And the customer service was terrible talking back to me and one even said it was my fault; I immediately hung up on him to speak with another representative but not until I got his name and reported Him to his manager and Buy.com to the Better Business Bearu.
