Complaint Review: buy luxury stuffs

I am reporting this internet company which claims to be selling preloved  luxury womens bags and accessories with a 100% guarantee that the items are authentic. they also claim that they will cover the cost of return postage if the customer is not satisfied.

on arrival of my two Louis vuitton bags i discovered that the items were definatley not as claimed Authentic.

they were wrong colour, ddnt display any of the markings to prove authenticy and were not of high quality at all

they were cheap replicas from an asian country.

i immediately contacted the company via email as this was the only means of communication and hence, the ordeal began.

weeks of communicating to no avail. they refuse to offer the refund nor do they agree on ccovering the cost of return postage. they have offered a dismal $70 out of $525 that i purchased the items for..

I disagreed as i am certainly not happy with the items and wish to take them up on their offered 100% money back guarantee plus return postage costs.

the situation is currently still unresolved and the company now chooses to ignore all my communication
