The people that come to your house to set up the accounts are SCAM artists! LIARS and thieves!! They want to put a lien on your house--if you don't pay up front with Buy Owner or MLS if you don't close with their company within ONE YEAR!! WATCH the papers you sign they shuffle them and have "problems" with the carbons--and you don't know about the lien until you decide to list an agent -- and then the trouble begins!! they SCREW you over soooo BAD! They are NASTY companies to work with! Sellers and Buyers DO NOT TRUST --you DON'T get what is promised!
