I signed a contract with Buy Owner Resorts ( Timeshare Clearinghouse LLC) on June 2, 2009 in agreement that they would sell or rent my timeshare. I paid 312.00 upfront. Little to no contact thereafter. No sale or rental occurred. Communications ended because of their lack of follow through with me. They never returned calls or emails.
