Complaint Review: buy.purehealthlabs.com

I found a pending charge of $84.97 dated 6/4/07 on my credit card today, from ALD ENTERPRISE HOODIA II. I called ALD Enterprise and had a long chat with a lady called Karen. She has been getting a lot of calls and emails but she is not the responsible party. She gave me another number, 888-436-7847.

I called and the customer service rep was able to find my so called "order" and cancelled it. She said the charge be will reversed in about 10 days. The rep suggested I may have been billed because I have purchased something on the internet or have taken a survey and I may have accidentally agreed to buy something.

I totally disagree with her theory because I have NEVER used this particular credit card to purchase anything (normal retail or e-commerce). I checked my statement as far back as December 2006 to verify my facts. This is a fraudulent act! I think someone stole my credit card number, along with many others. My investigation points to http://buy.purehealthlabs.com/. Their number is 800-757-1279. When I call this number, it is the same people at 888-436-7847.
