Complaint Review: Buy-rite Video Games

I purchased two orders from Buy-Rite Video Games. On June 3, 2003 I purchased a game, and on June 14, 2003, I purchased two controllers. I have not recieved either order or any answers on the items. I have e-mailed them 6 times, sent them one letter, and two faxes. They do not respond to any situations or complaints. I tried to call them. I have seen numerous complaints about them. Why are they still in business? They ripped me off for $45.00. They are the worst company I have ever seen. They should be out of business.
