I had a very poor experience. They did not do what they said, but penalized me $100 anyway. I explained my situation, to no avail.
I would advise using Tire Rack, or other reputable firm, if you want to buy on the Web.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I had a similar issue with them not honoring a valid warranty. Im out $800 dollars. Go to the Better Business Bureau IMMEDIATELY! This is not the first or last time someone has had/will have a problem with them. They are ignorant and pompous jerks!
