I purchased 512MB/NOTEBOOK on 3/15/03 and received the DEFECTIVE PRODUCT 4 days later. When I repeatedly tried to call to get this problem taken care of I was told to call back later.

When I tried to call back I was told yet again to call back later or conviently no one answered the phone. When I did get ahold of someone he told me the return process in which I needed to go through.

I mailed back their product on 3/24/03 using the U.S.P.S cetified mail return receipt. After several days I tried to contact them by phone and email. The only response I received back from them was my replacement order was CANCELED!!!!

On 4/3/01 I received a credit of $72.25 back to my visa card. My original purchase price was $103.40 and that is not even including what it cost me to send back their defective product.

On 4/7/03 I tried yet again to contact BUYAIB and after 1 1/2 hours, I finally got through to someone who was rude and wanted me to read their return policy. I did read it and which it states " The lesser of 15% or $100 will be charged for returned DOA items, which AIB determines to be No Trouble Found..

When the woman realized that I was not a push over she then said " Seems like it is your f*cfkin problem now." And then hung up on me!!!

My personal belief is this company is intentionaly sending out defective products, just to make their 15% off of the return items. BUYER BEWARE. I will never order from this company if that is what you want to call it ever again!!!!!!!!!!!
