i bought a radiator from them and was well got my part as promised in time agreed upon . when received found the part to be the wrong one (my fault not theirs) contacted them by customer service phone number was told i could only contact my email . finally was able to talk to alive person Anthony who was very helpful and we found a way to exchange the part. i bought a 2nd radiator from the and had it shipped. they issued a RMA(return to manufacture authorization). i had to pay the return shipping. which i did and emailed them with the tracking number. i was told it would take a couple of days to process and they would credit back to my account the $133.04. it is now day 11(working day 16 days over all and back on day 5 called them and they could not locate the part in their wherehouse and had lost the tracking # .IT JUST NOT TAKE 15 DAYS TO REFUND SOMEONES MONEY TO THEM i don't care what business your in. in addition there is not a direct connect number to management only have a private number for Anthony and now i am not sure he is really helping me. he keeps saying he is working on it .well he not working on mine because it only take a few minutes to process an RMA
( i use to manage a pep boys store i would process 10-20 a day )
