Complaint Review: BuyBidWin

BuyBidWin.com which started in 1999 had a game called Let's Make a Deal and Monte Hall was a spokesman and his voice was used for the game. I won numerous prized during the year 2000 and have never recieved anything. Everytime I called or sent an email to customer service I was given new time frames for when prizes would be sent out.

The last time I actually got to speak with someone, I was given the option to accept prizes different from what I won but equal in value. I told them that was fine.
Now the website and customer service phone number (888 456 4554) is dead. I can't believe that I have only found 2 other complaints about this. I can't even find a notice where they went out of business or filed bankruptcy. If anyone has any new information please respond to this complaint.
