Complaint Review: Buyer's Reward

I was charged for a Buyer's reward membership that I did not request. I tried to get my bank to deal with it but I had no address or phone number to give them. So they left the charge on my account. I DO NOT want this membership and I don't even know how they ended up charging me.

I am asking for a refund but have not heard back from them yet... I tried to find them and only recently was able to find a site on the internet. I had no other information to contact them.
