First of all thank you for publicizing information on this fraudulent operation. My wife and I have been at our whits end trying to figure out why her checking account was overdrawn each month. We were finally able to get images of charges against her account that were questionable. The "Buyers Union" was charging us $19.95 a month, attempts to call Customer service to stop the charges were futile since the telephone number does not work and going to their web site results in "Page cannot be displayed".

We thought Premier Movie Pass, was our account with Blockbuster video, after we cancelled our account with Blockbuster the charges, $19.95 a month, against our account continued. Blockbuster verified that they had stopped charging us and could not explain where the charges were coming from. These crooks actually charged us twice in the month of January,2006.

We never even heard of Call One communications until we printed an image of a direct debit from our account. They have been deducting $49.95 from our account each month without any form of authorization.

This is a small household account, so often when all of these unauthorized payments were charged the result would be an overdraft resulting in a $30.00 charge by the bank for each occurance. We have had to close this account to protect us from these Rip off artists.
