Complaint Review: Dick Scott Kia

I bought a 2002 kia sedona in july of 2002, I customized it with a dvd/vcr and had a custom body kit made for it that came from over seas. Now on this day I had to take (LiLu) the van in for a oil change. When I pulled the van in all eyes focused on this non soccor mom van; and the guy that was writting the work order said that was the best minivan he has ever seen. Soon after that the general manager came out and wanted to know where I got the body kit. I said to him as nicely as I could that I dont wash to disclose that infomation (because I went out of my way to be different I dont need to see any copies of my van). He didnt like that and stormed off that a racist cracker that he is. I then re focused on the guy typing my work order for the oil change and once I got the paperwork I was on my way.

Note: My van didnt have not 1 god**mn scratch on it until I came to pick her up. I wrote to kia abd then I got a letter back from them telling me that I was S.O.L. and that I would have to take this up with that d**ks at d**k scott kia. I said to h**l with this and have gone out of my way to keep people (both black and white) not to buy a d**n thing from these clowns. And as for the fat black f**cker named shannon who sold me the van he wasnt much help after he got his commission. Car dealers and lawyers should be shot on the spot when caught in a lie. I wanted to but not willing to ruin my life because of a car dealer, sure I could have went in there and shot up the place to get my point across but then what? The best way to hurt a dealership is to hit them in the pockets and thats just what I am going to do.
