Buylottoonline IS A HUGE SCAM!!! Beware of their nice and appealing site, they make you believe you are buying real lottery tickets, BUT YOU ARE NOT!! They are collecting money offshore in Cyprus, a small bankrupted European country that has already started confiscating people’s bank deposits! Don’t deal with such a people! Their website is totally deceiving and you are easly duped into thinking you are getting a real deal. THEY WILL EASILY *STEAL* YOUR MONEY! I have played 10 (ten) tickets and they charged 40 (forty) tickets on my credit card!! It's one month now that I'm trying to get my money back, they will always tell you to wait because there have been a "mistake" in the transaction, and it will be soon fixed. Well how long does it take to charge back the card? In the past I have always been refunded in 2-3 days, now it's 1 month that they still have my money, so do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS KIND OF PEOPLE!!!

If you have been ripped off by one of these sites you may want to contact the FBI and start an investigation, as the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU cannot do anything with offshore businesses, it can only defend you against companies located in the US and Canada. Look online for the website of the FBI- Internet Fraud Division, as I've already done, and simply submit on their site a complaint, well documented with emails, receipts, etc so that they can take action and do an official investigation on the transactions and online activities performed by the reported site.
Also contact VISA AND MASTERCARD HEAD OFFICE and complain with them why they are allowing a company that is operating fraudolently to use their services so that they can rip off people.
These ripoff sites basically take your money and then disappear or refuse to honor anything. If by chance you happen to win something with your ticket, they will tell you to use the winning by buying other tickets! So you will never see ANY money!!!
