As consumer advocates, we were contacted by a consumer who paid Buyloud.com for car audio equipment and was repeatedly told that the order was being processed. This consumer and up to ten others have contacted or nonprofit organization within the last two weeks.

The BBB report for this company (www.bbb.org-check company using website address) has an unsatisfactory record. The company's business license to operate within the State of California was dissolved back in May of 2001, according to the CA Secretary of State. This company is not only not filling orders and keeping the money, but they should not be operating since they are not licensed to do so.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED, send me an email and your city and state. If you paid by credit card, contact the credit card co. within 30 to 60 days to rescind the charges.

File complaints online with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center coordinated through the FBI. I'd also suggest filing an online complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for violating the Mail Order Sales Rule and because it's an Internet based business. The FTC's online complaint form can be found at:
https://rn.ftc.gov/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01

Lastly, the CA Attorney General's office should be notified.

If you file the complaints online, you should be able to cut and paste the same text saving you some time. I am attempting to work with the District Attorney's office of LA County. So, if you send your info. to me, I will be including it with the complaints from other consumers who have been defrauded.
