BuyLoud.com ripoff after unanswered emails and run-around phone calls Los Angeles California
I ordered a deck from Buyloud on 25 March 2002. I used my credit card to purchase the item, but I cancelled the order the same day. They proceded to charge my card for $358.95 regaurdless of the cancellation. I wrote a letter of complaint with no answer. I called numerous times and they promised me my card would be credited. It's been almost a year from the order date and I have yet to see a penny of the money that was stolen from me. If I can get some help with this problem it would be appreciated.
