i want my money back ive been a subscriber to this company for a long *ss time... all i want is my money back thats all and i want future customers to know about this SCAM before they get involved. this company has charged my credit card like ridiculous, now i can not even access my billing STATEMENTS, AND I HAVE 7 CENTS LEFT IN IT NOW.. FOR SOME ODD REASON...
Now buymixtapes.com. i want my money back or i WILL file a lawsuit. I have tried numerous occassions to contact the site, of course nobody has responded. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. this is theft.

hi,...i had the same problem with the poor excuse of a legitimate company called buymixtapes.com. I tried to get in touch w him multiple times and the few time he replied to this board was extremely immature and unprofessional.
For the sake of remittance of funds, your best bet is to get in touch w credit card company's security dept. Theyll do their own research too and what would help would be to add a link to this site to the correspondance number they give you. This was the only solution for me and they credited me 11 charges of 12.99 which buymixtapes had overcharged.
In regards to lawsuits your almost guaranteed a win in my opinion simply for the sake of violating ecommerce laws and abusing credit card information(federal law).
