Buysmarter ripoff Promised software refund over 2 months ago. Keep getting runaround Costa Mesa California
Have been trying to get and have been promised refund for internet software purchase for over 2 months but getting the runaround, however only took a few days to bill my credit card
Will not direct my emails to the company president and all responses have been that credit is being processed or been refunded but never shows up.
Company goes by Buysmarter.com and sells WinAntivirus software which oddly enough is a knockoff of the Norton Antivirus box design.
