Buyyourownmodem Buy your own modem equipment was in bad shape, cables do not work, customer service absolutely horrific N/A Internet

I ordered a modem and a router.  set everything up with no instructions - although they sent a photocopy of generic instructions which ws very faded like the printer had no ink.

it worked for two days and then stopped working - indicating the cable was faulty.  the person or email address i was communicating with, help@buyyourownmodem, provided no help and was very rude and obnoious stating that it frustrated him/her the following: There is nothing more frustrating then listen to someone complain who obviously doesn't have a
clue what they are doing based on the terms your using. Your absolutely
not going to get the phone number to the owner and again, here is your
return instructions to return the item. Please be sure to place a note
in the package detailing your reason for return and your welcome to
return the item to the return address below where it will be tested and
processed in accordance with our return policy that was presented and
accepted in order to complete checkout.

 

they offered no assistance and when i asked for the owners name and number they stated: our absolutely 
not going to get the phone number to the owner 

 

they sent me faulty equipment and they expect me to pay for shipping costs to send it back to them.  i asked for a prepaid label and they stated to send it back myself.

Rude, obnoxius, customer service is horrible and now im stuck with no WiFi or cable
