I ordered an electric trike from buzzbicycles.com and first they doube-charged me so I had to cancel the order.
After they sent me a trike without the battery. Since there is no telephone number to reach them, an email was sent but received NO reply.
Finally, 2 months later, they shipped the battery but the trike is so weak with the 350W that it would not even move on a flat surface and I am just only 210 lbs!!!
Tried to return it but could not get ahold of anyone.
Now, the frame broke in half and I have a big pile of crap.
Can anyone help me???
