I am an elderly woman in my mid-70's, newly moved to Roundup, MT and needing someone to install a cattle-guard and a heated automatic horse waterer for my 5 horses that were to arrive in a few weeks.

Someone (wish I could remember WHO) recommended Buzzard Wise.  He came out with a colleague, Dennis Anderson, whom he HIGHLY recommended.  It was my understanding that although Dennis would be doing the work, Buzzard would be consulting or overseeing on the job.

The waterer was improperly installed although I gave Dennis the manufacturer's instructions on two different occasions.  He did not follow the instructions, nor my advice.  After the waterer was improperly installed, it had absolutely no foundation on the SE corner for about 3 feet to the west.  Just a hole underneath it.  This action caused one of my horses to slip on the icy cement pad and cut her foot badly.

Dennis came out about 3 or 4 times but could never get the waterer level.  The last time was on December 3 when he and his hired man, Randy, came out when I was not home and jacked the cement slab the waterer was set on and propped it up with boards.  This broke an underground water pipe which subsequently washed away the western hillside, caused a river to flow from my well which would have totally drained my well and ruined the well pump.  He refused to come out and/or do anything about it.
